RAJINDER SINGH is an honest (farmer, who becomes a victim of circumstances and is forced to runt from the village to the city of Bombay, leaving behind a pregnant wife and his ruined home.

He comes to the city and immediately meets and gets friendly with a good hearted street father JAGGU. They join hands and terrorise the entire smuggling ring of the smugglers and monopolise the trade. Rajinder Singh soon comes to know as the uncronwed KING of the under world. His associates call him "BAMBAI KA MAHARAJA).

Rajinder is now feared and respected by all but he is disturbed mentally, when he remembers the good old days and his wife.

Years pass by and his one time enemy VIKRAM comes back to the city. As luck would have it, he finds Rajinder's son SURAJ, who has come in search of his father, after the death of his mother. Vikram designs a visious plan in which father and son become enemies. Rajinder Singh losses his old friend Jaggu in this battle.Rajinder Singh arranges a meeting with his own son. The story now reaches an interesting stage and what follows can be seen on the Screen.
